I have been saving candle pieces since October.
I had enough wax to make a few container candles.
At the thrift store I bought a small splatterwear sauce pan just for melting wax.
I placed a few wax pieces in the saucepan and used the medium heat setting on the small burner.
I used a wooden spoon to stir the pieces as they melted.

I don't know why they wouldn't burn ok. It looks like a fun project.
Dear Sherry.......what a fun project, I am sure they will burn fine.
I wore red today and thought of you......
Red is my favorite color :)
Making candles should be fun and your creativity amazes me as usual
My sister used to make candles during our college years. These photos bring back nice memories. It's a fun project. and you get to choose the scent and I believe they have soy wax (burns longer).
I hope they burn for you too! Checking in on your blogs (I like them all)...
