Out of space!

My hat books arrived yesterday.
I am looking for a class on the art of millinery.

Hannah's hat band form also arrived.
I hung it on the wall. I am out of space!
I need a studio!

I felted five green sweaters today.
They are drying.
I am thinking of making a felted Christmas tree.

I needed moth chasers for the orange wool hats.
I did up three small bags of lavender and rosemary for the hat boxes.
I like to do these for all the wool hats and sweaters.
I also am gathering my craft books.
I need to get organized!

I contacted the Weavers and Fiber Guild of Kansas City.
They met once a month.
If the weather permits I would like to join them in January.
I would like to be with other people who love fiber.

Oh my gosh. You will have to do like I did. Take your guest room and turn it into your studio. ha..

Sounds like you've been busy and productive.

Are lavender and rosemary good for keeping moths away? They smell much better than moth balls - and even cedar.

I'm thinking of planting lavender in my garden in the spring.

Dear Lisa,
I already turned one of the guest rooms into my office and the other into a tv room...I need a big studio. I have plans! Who needs a garage?

Dear ICQB,
Lavender and Rosemary are wonderful for keeping the moths away. Do plant lavender. It is easy to grow and wonderful. I just cannot imagine life without my lavender and rosemary.

Dear Sherry.....What a lovely colourful post....it is all just too exciting. A studio is necessary.....I am sure it will arrive.......
I to use lavender and rosemary to keep moths away......they also do not like eucalyptus.....I take leaves from my tree and lay them in the bottom of drawers....works well.......
It will be good for you to meet others who are in love with felting.........being organised is crucial.....I know you will achieve balance and harmony.....

Dear Lavender Dreamer,
I was thinking the other day how I make lots of stuff! I am working on my Christmas decoarating right now and I need to get some popcorn and cranberries strung for the birds...
I have decorated 45 trees this year for the inside of my house...
The felted tree willstay out I think...it is my next Tuesday project. I drew the design for it today.
Lots of fun.

Dear Cheryl,
Thank you for holding studio in your heart. It will come...I am so in need.
I do all sorts of crafting and I need a space for all my herbs as well as the oils and the felting and the hat making and soon I will be working on jackets!
I am gathering my things together. Still have not started my Stumpwork embroidery. Not sure where the rest of my threads are!
I am getting organized...going through things too making room.
Thank you for your support!
I will enjoy meeting people in my city that know about fiber...
