Playing in the Lilacs

The French Lilacs call me out into the front yard.

Like Red Admiral I nectar in the sweetness of her blooms.

I am smitten with the Lilacs.

The Red Bud is at peak bloom.

The Dogwoods have their lace caps on.

This afternoon the Azaleas bloomed.
Spring is happening all at once.

The Mason Bees are awake.

The Kale is blooming.

The Lily of the Valley are ringing their bells.

I am working in the flower beds.
I am passionate for Spring.

I am worn out from all that passionate spring work. Whew. Our lily of the valley aren't blooming yet but other plants seem to be on your same schedule. Great photo of the Red Admiral. The purple blooms really set off the colors of the Admiral. I saw my first Red Admiral of the year at the park today. FUN...

I have been out soaking up the lovely sights and smells of the Lilacs too. I have taken many pictures the last couple of days. The Hummingbird Moth graced me with her presence dancing among the Lilac blossoms. :) The Red Admiral is sooo beautiful...
