Lawrence Sheaff

I was fascinated by a group of paintings
that hung in the lobby of the Raj.

While I was absorbed in the designs the artist came in,
Lawrence Sheaff.

I enjoyed talking with this kind spirit.

My photograph does not show the incredible beauty of this piece.
I feel as if I could look at this for hours and never see it all.
I am drawn in.
His work is perfect for meditation.
I can hear the sacred song in this piece.

Sherry, this work reminds me of Mandalas. They are a way of meditation. I can see why you were drawn into this work.

Dear Lisa,
Yes, his work does remind me of Mandalas. I asked Lawrence if he drew Mandalas and he said, "No. To draw those one is trained in Mandalas." His paintings come from his meditation.
I would love to have at least a small print. These paintings are very incredible.
I also would love to have some Mandalas and a few Flower of life paintings. I think I need to remodel my house and add a few more walls!

Dear Merisi,
I do not know how he does it. I do know each one takes him a very long time to do. I was captivated.
